Customer carrier planning in regards to potential delivery hazards such as public holidays, safe place instructions and weekly requirements of customer; maintaining key relationships with 7 National couriers in order to process workflow queries and investigations a lot more efficiently; suggesting and developing process enhancements for a more streamlined and seamless operation; training new staff in CMS, Zendesk and courier tracking, as well as spreadsheet formatting and cross referencing; analytical responses for Customer Care Agents with delivery queries.

This seasonal position involves the overseeing and management of a team of up to 20 sales representatives, over various Alpine resorts. My duties include rota allocation; supplier contact and negotiation; organising staff and client meetings; events organisation; accounts management; confidential data handling; problem solving under pressure; and customer care.

As the acting supervisor at Cocolicious, I was responsible for overseeing the customer service side of business, as well as training new members of staff and contacting suppliers. Other responsibilities included cash handling, opening and closing of the shop front, cleaning the equipment to a high standard, organising last minute events and serving customers.

I transitioned from stage to screen during my final year of University. Work has involved BBC TV series (Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell; 2015) & Film feature roles (Testament of Youth; 2015).

This part-time position which acted as experience between my University summer holiday required a basic understanding of medicine and willingness to contribute to the health and wellbeing of privately cared patients. Responsibilities included medication distribution, cleaning, washing and dressing clients, food preparation, listening and engaging in companion conversation and confidential data handling.
