Accountable for the development and implementation of the talent strategy across all levels in Toolstation; incorporating both talent acquisition and talent development.- Full responsibility for Talent budget planning and spend across L&D and Resourcing- Defining, developing and leading the leadership and talent strategy to secure quality of succession and organisational development across Toolstation. - Setting the resourcing strategy, personally managing executive resourcing and overseeing the resourcing service provided to the business.
