Utilize the client relations model (Relate, Discover, Advice and Commit) to Provide personable, efficient, financial advice and identify sales opportunities.• Utilize the “Mapping for Tomorrow” tool to help clients see how they can reach their financial goals.• Informing clients about ongoing promotions in relation to their current KYC to deliver a memorable client experience, drive solutions and retain business.• Following operational compliance requirements, by using the job aids and processing documents based on preset processes outlined by the bank.
