I have recently qualified in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMap). I am a confident and experienced person and have operated my own business for approximately two years. In my various working career positions, I have demonstrated I am people focused and enjoy the challenge of customer facing roles. I can demonstrate through my academic studies that I have the capability to understand information and retain new skills. I have the ability and capacity to set myself objectives and targets and successfully work towards achieving them as an individual or as part of a team. At Global Reach Partners Ltd, I am a Junior Risk and Compliance Executive reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance. Together with my colleges, I am responsible for ensuring that the company meets all regulatory requirements and managing any breaches that may occur.I provide account support to clients, with regard to their foreign exchange requirements and any concerns that may arise with their transactions. I am inconstant communication with clients to ensure transactions are conducted smoothly and monitor their credit risk. I am responsible for compiling compliance reports and regulatory filings.

I operated my own business and supplied selected clients with semi permant make up, nutritional advice and fitness instruction. I am qualified in semi permanent make up and supplied this service to nominated clients, in different locations, on a mobile basis. I personally devise nutritional programmes for clients who wished to improve their fitness and/or their health. I produced independent exercises, which were tailor made to each client, to provide their own personal fitness program. I am also a qualified aerobic instructor and provided regular classes of up to fifty people per day, when required.

I was responsible for the promotion of the Lloyds TSB product range of financial services, ensuring my customers were fully informed of the opportunities available to them. In this role I dealt with various members of the public and a range of financial issues. I had to be knowledgable, confident and reassuring when disucussing financial matters in order to ensure that customers received the personalised attention they deserved. customer service and satisfaction was a major focus in my role which was recognised by the bank. I was also the support branch manager, in my manager’s absence, and was fully responsible for the smooth operation of the bank in his absence.In 2012 I was regularly in the top 3 category for "Top Senior and Personal Banking Managers"​ in each quarter for the South Essex Group of the Lloyds Banking Group. I achieved No1 status for the second quarter and also achieved "Top Lender" status for the same period. Also in the same period I was in the top group for the London North and East Region for Lloyds TSB Home Insurance sales.

I was a fitness instructor and provided health and fitness classes, either in groups or on an individual basis. I would provide instruction on a range of activities and performed fitness assessments, consultations and inductions with new clients.

I worked for Ford Motor Company, in their European Central Office, where my role was a personal assistant to the area manager covering the South of England. I was responsible for the office support and back up for a team of seventeen area representatives. I would organise travel plans and provide various documents to these representatives whilst they were working in the field. I dealt with customer complaints and liaising with various Ford dealers. I performed mystery shops on dealer ships to confirm their quality of service and arranged the interviewing of new personel.

I was a secretarial assistant providing legal office support to four qualified solicitors who were managing all the legal aspects of the construction of the Dome, the London Eye and the Millennium Bridge. I was regularly involved in site visits to assess progress made and understand any issues that had arisen, during construction, that were of a legal nature. I was also responsible for the regular maintenance and updating of all the office files and the issuing of invoices for legal services that had been provided. I was also involved in handling enquiries from the public, contractors and other professional bodies involved in the construction programmes. To provide an overview of the projects I also produced structured monthly reports to various government departments and other authorities
