Tendering & Negotiation of contracts for high value products & services relating to the Subsea Industry, this includes Pre-Commissioning Services, Various Fabrication Packages, Umbilical’s, ROV’s, Linepipe, Flexible Flowlines, Winches, Suction Piles, Rigging, SpoolsProcurement of equipment required onboard Saipem owned vesselsMeeting with potential vendors to negotiate Frame Agreements/Sub ContractsRecording/Reporting Supplier performanceParticipation in ROKM project specific meetings to identify contractual/commercial risks during tender processFull use of FPALCompilation of , ITT’s, LOI’s, RTA’s, CSF’s, Bid TabsCompilation of Quotations and Commercial Summaries for Commercial tendering purposesCreation of Supplier Quote Database with electronic data storage to improve re-usability for similar requirements.Initiation of Procurement Methodologies and Guidelines for tendersProviding data to support and attendance at tender initiation and review meetings
