I am a fully qualified humanistic integrative psychotherapist, with over a decade of experience working both within private and public therapeutic services. I am a registered member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical code of practice and confidentiality.I have extensive experience working with Eating Disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Orthorexia and OSFED) and have also worked with a range of different presentations including anxiety, depression, addictions and pre/post-natal illness. Outside of my private practice, I lead a counselling and psychotherapy service for parents and carers of children with ASD and ADHD in a specialist neurodiversity organisation. Additionally, I am the mother of two children and am hugely passionate about supporting clients through any period relating to parenthood, from (in)fertility, pregnancy, postnatal depression and any issues relating to parenting - including raising children with SEN.
