Over the past 7 years I have worked in a combination of fields involving human healthcare, customer relations, and veterinary medicine. I have acquired a large variety of skills through the years in these different environments. I have a passion for helping others, whether it may be helping a cancer patient create a meal plan, or calming a pet owner down as their animal is rushed into surgery. The customer service skills I have learned through situations like these have left me equipped for just about anything. I have an extremely calming, kind, and understanding demeanor, along with the ability to maintain composure no matter what is thrown my direction. My time working with customers at Autonation gave me a chance to step out of my comfort zone and help people that are dealing with less immediate emergencies and more day to day concerns. I was able to work in a call center environment which introduced me to a whole new skill set. I went above and beyond to make sure clients got the proper roadside assistance and the tools they needed for a smooth process during car maintenance appointments, insurance claims, and financial restrictions. I have expertise with health/automotive insurance, financial advising, customer relations, and medical terminology. Furthermore, I have experience training and facilitating interview processes for potential new hires in both human customer care and veterinary customer care. I have experience with a wide variety of computer programs including Avimark, Cornerstone Software, Excel, Word, EzyVet/SmartFlow Veterinary Software, CDK Software, Microsoft Outlook and EHR.
