I frequently represent my clients in oral proceedings before the EPO. As a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney I am also able to help clients to obtain optimum protection for their trade marks. I advise on clearance searching, file and prosecute trade mark applications and assist clients with infringement matters.I also advise clients on registered and unregistered design protection - in relation to protecting their own designs, as well as advising them in relation to the rights of others.I also advise clients in relation to transactions and due diligence; advising on strategy, preparing agreements and facilitating negotiations.
