We work internationally, in the private and public sectors, with social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. We help them achieve their desired business outcomes by adopting a balanced approach to change.In my role, I am responsible for a wide portfolio of international and UK-based clients in sectors such accountancy, tech, engineering and healthcare. My responsibilities include costing projects, supporting the creation of Terms of Reference and Terms of Business, preparing workshop materials, presentations and surveys, conducting interviews and preparing quantitative and qualitative analysis and outputs, coordinating logistics, administering psychometric assessments and supporting virtual workshops and conferences.
