Where standards can not be met evidence clear process is in place to achieve required standard.Ensure all risk assessments are reviewed and updated annually.Investigate health and safety incidents and put in place any measures required to prevent incidents reoccurring.Plan and carry out quarterly safety risk meetings and plan and oversee emergency procedure training.Compliance -Ensure all required paperwork is completed in-line with legal and company requirements for fleet vehicles.Recruitment -Continually review and update branch budgets by liaising with department Team Managers to establish any leavers/movers.Raise vacancy requests to payroll department in-line with department budgets.Plan and facilitate interviews. Oversee end to end recruitment process. Ensuring the right people are hired in for the right place and for the right times.Plan inductions and request necessary systems access for new Partners.Accomplishments to date -Delivered 100% health and safety audit.Delivered Green low risk fleet vehicle audit.Working Towards -Continuing to work towards being fully recruited.
