Values-driven leader highly skilled in complex project management, trusted relationship-building, and learning design & facilitation | On a mission to create data-driven systems that help people thrive in their full creative potentialCareer Highlights:* Oversaw $1 million+ federal grant budget and reporting for a new program at Amigos de las Américas. Grant was renewed 2x during my tenure, and opened 45 full scholarship positions for new participants to join leadership programming.* Designed an online platform at Teach For America in partnership with web developers to streamline educator tasks, trainings, and events. Since 2017, I led the design and improvement of this platform, expanding use from a single portal for summer school educators to four portals that are now educator and school-facing, serving thousands.* Led change management around the redesign of team meetings and educator events at Teach For America - Bay Area to reflect adult learning principles. To integrate these changes at a larger scale, I initiated a workshop series for our region on adult learning design and facilitation.* Launched a staff professional development learning group at Teach For America, resulting in 100% of participants feeling: (1) more connected to their colleagues, and (2) that they grew professionally. Two staff were promoted while participating in this group, and four started new positions that were more aligned to their professional goals.* Initiated partnership between Amigos de las Américas and the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco, piloting new youth programs and saving $150,000.
