My mission was to provide recruiting solutions for public sector's temporary andsudden needs and on the other hand to create new job opportunities to doctors. Iindependently developed strong client relationships among my own area.I sourced suitable candidates and developed understanding of their interests and I balanced between customer and employee needs. I solved employee queries on a daily basis and I was managing employee life cycle from contracts to exit handling.

I was responsible for an overall recruitment process and for maintaining anddeveloping applicant pool consisting of dental students and dentists. I was alsoresponsible for university cooperation and for building employer brand.

I worked closely with top level managers and performed a variety of office management and administrative support activities. I was responsible for coordinating projects and events together with HR team, but also for invoicing and distributing different kind of reports and memos.

I determined learning objectives, developed the syllabus and prepared course material and exams. I taught a course of 15 students.

My responsibilities included planning and carrying out the Welcome/Onboarding sessions for summer workers and supporting other HR professionals relating to overall employee lifecycle issues (development, recruitment, attraction).
