This includes finding counter arguments in the customer’s reason for nonpayment and proving that there is no valid reason for the outstanding debt not to be taken to court. This can involve proving the customers system is working in line with their contract, or proving that the customer is in fact in breach of their contract. At this stage of process I have authorization to arrange long term payment plans, settlement to close the accounts, authorization to write off debt if no longer economical to pursue and finally if there is enough proof that the debt is valid I have to prepare the file with all backup to be passed for further legal action and if necessary to court.
