• Responsible for producing weekly/monthly reports and analysis.• Analysis of Personal Lines portfolio development and delivery of appropriate reporting to enable management to make decisions.• Developing appropriate pricing proposals in conjunction with Underwriting management for consideration by the Underwriting Committee.• Provide projections on the impact of proposed changes and monitor the impact of rate changes • Testing of all changes to the Data Warehouse which affect Underwriting through each test environment.• Develop appropriate strategies/measures to tackle fraud at underwriting stage.• Implementation of Compliance, Risk and Legal change requirements.

• Responsible for producing weekly/monthly reports and analysis for the Commercial Department in Liberty Insurance.• Act as main point of contact between the Commercial Department and Finance, Financial Planning and Actuarial Departments in Liberty Insurance.• Responsible for producing Commercial monthly submissions to European and Global Head offices.• Tracking the performance of the Commercial Department compared to plan. Investigate variances to the plan and suggest corrective action.• Prepare pack for monthly meetings between Commercial management and the senior executive team. This pack includes analysis of the Commercial Lines P&L’s, commentary on performance, key wins, large losses, profile of the Commercial book of business, analysis on proposed rate changes, adhoc analysis on key opportunities/threats .• Provide assistance to senior management in Commercial for planning, internal audits, risk controls, Central Bank submissions, head office requests, broker and large client meetings plus any other issues which arise.• Manage a team of three analysts.
