- Audited, redesigned, and implemented lead generation tool in Power BI utilizing DAX language and SQL for use by 10+person Inside-sales team across the Commercial Solutions Division: included creating new market-basket look-up functionality for reps to reference while making sales calls.- Successfully presented and taught lead-generation tool to Inside-sales manager and team for immediate implementation. Assisted analysts in replicating the tool for other business groups.- Collaborated with team of ten interns to audit the US sample-ordering process and present a solution for numerous inefficiencies. Included discovering $200 million in potential sales opportunity for sales reps in addition to $1-2 million savings in sales productivity value-added time.

Worked alongside the Medical Examiner, county investigators, and office administration. Observed and assisted in autopsies. Compiled statistics on drug-related deaths throughout the county.
