• Responsible for assessing, configuring and testing of UKG Workforce Dimensions Timekeeping software in order to deliver customer outcomes• Communicates clearly with the project team in order to analyze specifications provided by the customer and leverage industry best practices to address customer pain-points • Uses UKG's agile Paragon Methodology and a consultative approach to guarantee a successful implementation and maintain long-term customer relationships• Provides technical support on Workforce Dimensions for clients during implementation and Go-Live by conducting in-depth workshops and collaborating virtually with customer and project teams

• Maintain customer relationships with clients within market to adapt public relations (PR) needs • Leverage insights from Salesforce reports to identify prospective clients that would benefit from Cision’s software daily• Train clients on new products within the Cision platform by conducting strategic business meetings to drive customer retention• Manage book of business with 130+ clients to effectively generate revenue and meet business target goals

• Utilize a consultative approach and Miller Heiman Professional Selling Skills to help clients reach their PR goals • Manage complex sales-cycles and present value on our SaaS applications• Work with multiple internal client service groups to ensure seamless customer experience • Effectively manage pipeline to ensure success in upcoming months
