Leveraging the power of the Unity game engine to design and animate drone swarms to form poetic art works in the sky.Acting as producer for the animation team to keep organised and manage our fast-paced work load.

Teaching 16-19+ year-old students Unreal Engine 4 skills and theory. Focusing on foundational skills that can be applied elsewhere like 3D game functionality, 2D game functionality and Blueprints skills. Teaching 3D modelling using 3Ds Max with a focus on architecture and environmental designs. My other responsibilities include writing lesson plans, marking assignments, collaborating with colleagues and performing pastoral support for all my learners.

Working in a small team to produce high quality work.Using the power of the Unreal Engine to create interactive VR and desktop walkthrough simulations for architectural visualisation. Optimizing Unreal projects for different VR headsets. 3D modelling assets, UV manipulation and texture creation as needed. Conducting R&D for AR applications and Magic Leap interfacing for VR. Play-testing and construction of game logic. 2D illustration, photography, live video and motion graphics generation. Stress-testing for mobile phone applications and games.

Conducted a research project in collaboration with the Holburne Museum in Bath. I planned, produced and executed a virtual reality game experience for The Forest Of Imagination event in Bath. Managing a team of Digital Animation undergraduates as we integrated a series of stored artefacts from the museum stockroom into a virtual reality using photogrammetry and 3D modelling. The project is about questioning what makes a good museum experience, and how can we use technology to enhance it?

Supporting the day-to-day running of the gallery and managing the delivery and couriering of artworks to clients. Performing administrative tasks including stock take, detailing the client database and producing delivery paperwork. Supporting the organisation and planning of artist events bysending invitations to appropriate clients, calling clients and setting up the gallery. Responsible for the gallery’s social media accounts and curating artist-specific posts to support sales.

Performing a myriad of tasks including assisting Professor Anthony Head with personal academic research into virtual and augmented reality artworks.Writing and performing discipline specific workshops for undergraduates. Assisting in taught sessions. Demonstrating digital equipment e.g. virtual reality headsets and miniature computing tools such as the MakeyMakey and Arduino. Also, the demonstration of animation software and digital drawing skills.

worked as a teaching assistant for ‘Introduction to Computing’, a first-year module of the Creative Computing BSc degree, assisting the senior lecturer and communicating with students about their work, offering advice and academic help.

As the Creative Computing course representative, I worked at all undergraduate open days at Bath Spa University, explaining the course and answering questions from prospective students and their parents. I also held mini workshops with computing and animation tasks for the prospective students to try.
