With over 10 years of sales and leadership experience in the higher education and most recently #Franchise industry, I am a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Manager at Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA), a global network of franchise consultants that help organisations reduce costs and improve efficiencies. I led a team of four course advisors to deliver given targets through information, advice, and guidance, and I supervised the team to ensure timely and high-quality follow-ups with potential applicants.
