Participants unfamiliar with computer science learned to use a block-based programming language to teach a simple robot to navigate a series of mazes using proximity sensors. We used eye-tracking glasses, physiological sensors, and a Kinect motion sensor to assess features of successful collaboration. Responsibilities included:- Assisting with development of research design - Creating study materials, including assessments, video tutorials for participants, and coding schemes- Developing study protocol - Collecting and coding data- Training other research assistants on study protocol
