This position gives me the ability to produce content for the University of Canberra on their social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok

I provide helpful and engaging customer service to patrons by assisting with taking orders, delivering food, service of drinks and management of front of house cleanliness.

During my supervisor position, I oversaw and worked with multiple staff members, achieved all expectations & accountabilities given by Area Managers, managed stock rotation & orders, kept store front & BOH clean and provided excellent customer service with calm complaint resolutions.

I worked with the Area/Cluster Manager, store management team and the in-store team to maximise the sales and profitability of the store. Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of customer service and selling techniques whilst following all store operational standards, processes and requirements.
