Internal Fit outs / Design and ConstructRole included: Develop client's brief, Conduct site audits, Generate base plans in CAD, Develop conceptual layouts, Present layouts and concepts to clients, Create drawing sets for CDC and Council Approval's, Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and product details, Develop internal areas , joinery and material selections, Create fixture and fittings schedules, Create furniture, joinery, materials and finishes schedules, Prepare material boards and 3D visualisations.

Internal Fit Outs - Design and Construct - HealthcarePosition: Interior Design / Team Leader.Responsibilities: Establish the clients vision and requirements. Develop conceptual designs, 3D visualisation, Develop schedules for finishes, materials, fixtures and fittings and furniture selections. Coordinate Architectural documentation with drafting team, Obtain building permits and Council Approvals, Ensure project selections remain within clients budget. Ensure coordination between documentation, schedules and approved costing schedule. Liaise with contractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and product information. I started working here when I was in High School, during the week after school and on weekends. I then continued to work there over the weekends right up until I moved from Darwin to Perth. My role included:Provide a high level of customer service. Operate lotto machines and cash registers. Produce reports and balance at the end of the shift. Maintain incoming and outgoing stock, including magazines, papers and merchandise. Operate Bill Express and EFTPOS machines. Design indoor displays for competitions and promotions on magazines and new products. In store and window displays to promote new products and gift ware. Write up monthly newsletter.

Administration work, answer incoming calls, greet customers, conduct stationary orders, responsible for petty cash.I was a key member within a team of four, which enabled me to be heavily involved in every aspect of a project, from commercial fit out design, education, aged care, bank fit outs and a variety of residential projects.I worked full-time whilst undertaking my studies part-time.
