Trainer- Deliver upskilling to associates - Develop content for class- Main skill delivery is for Amazon Advertising, I also act as POC for Advertising when supporting Sellers- Create an environment for associates to learn & use the skills delivered - Advise on best practices, standard operating procedures, and practical use of the skills learnedTraining Class Mentor- Advise on any updates to skills or processes - Create real to life scenarios to troubleshoot - Ensure associates have the experience & knowledge to support our Sellers - Deliver modules throughout the training weeks - Develop content to deliver Technical Account Support Associate:- Advise Sellers on the ways our new features can assist with their sales on our EU platform - Explain our policies and processes to new sellers- Assist with any technical issues the Seller may be experiencing - Bring the Sellers through the registration process to get them actively selling - Help to ensure that each Seller is following the Verification Process - Handle enquiries through phone, chat, and emails - Ensure Products are showing correctly on the site - Assist Brand Owners to utilise their control over certain aspects of their listings Sponsored Products Associate:- Help Sellers set up Campaigns to boost exposure - Ensure that each Campaign is running as per the policies - Advise on the best way to advertise the different products on our site - Assist with keyword selection and searchability

As a Fitness Instructor in Fit Factor I have a host of responsibilities. These include; Receptionist - answering/making phone calls, responding to emails, & being the first face that people see when they arrive.Social Media link - controlling all content that is pout on any social media platforms (including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter), Making sure all our details are clear to potential new clients, & keeping current followers/friends interested in our pages.Administration - gathering client's/potential client's details & keeping all payment flows going, regular updating of computer programmes that are used, & scheduling of appointments for both Therapists.Instructor - regular one to one sessions with clients, new programme building & updating, meetings with clients for measurements & food analysis.

Sales Associate/Advisor - selling products, giving advice on styling & accessories, handling cash, tracking sales, steaming dresses, merchandising clothing & accessories, opening & closing of the shop, & order taking.
