I develop products that enable health and care researchers to effectively and efficiently undertake research in the UK.I am an experienced Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner and Scrum Master and enjoy working in multidisciplinary agile teams. I believe that user centred design is at the core of exceptional digital products, and the best products have teams that actively seek ongoing user feedback and iteration.I am an advocate of the Government Digital Services Service Standard and believe that the standard ensures a strong focus on user centred design, value for money for publicly funded services, data security and a consistent use of data standards, accessibility for all, and the sharing of best practice and components within a supportive community. As a senior leader I have the following key competencies:- Leadership- Communication - Networking - Relationship building- Problem solving- Creativity and innovation- Project management- Resource management- Financial managementI am currently studying for a Masters in Digital Health.
