Emma has worked across many brands and budgets in Production Management since 2004. Working closely with creatives, design, account management and vendors in the planning, creation and implementation of all production jobs. Emma's focus and passion also extends to agency procedures and processes, with a passion for implementing better ways of working and efficiencies. After over 13 years in her production roles both agency and client side Emma put a pause on her career to focus on her growing family, and fulfil a life long passion of colour and fashion creating and founding her own apparel business- Immi Wear (immiintimates.com.au). This was an incredible success but she realised she missed the crazy ad land world and is now pursing a change in career direction stepping into a Creative Servies role at Thinkerbell in Melbourne.
