I handled customer complaints and concerns during weekend shifts when managing both front end duties and online team responsibilities. I'd take the time to listen to each situation and ensuring customers receive excellent service. I enjoyed training team members before my departure, to supervise and manage the store during peak times.

During my internship, I created a social media campaign introducing the company across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn receiving excellent feedback for detail and professionalism. I advised the business on implementing PR tactics and having clear objectives when building marketing campaigns.

I had the responsibility to managed large crowds while exiting the stadium using clear communication to address where the main exists are. Often the role required managing multiple requests and questions at once, I enjoyed being pushed out of my comfort zone and having to think quickly on my feet.
