Senior undergraduate student at UC San Diego, I am majoring in Structural Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Structures. My primary fields of interest include composites or aero-structural design. My coursework has provided me with a solid foundation in mechanics, structural analysis, and material science. This academic background, combined with hands-on engineering experience at the Rocket Propulsion Laboratory at UCSD, has given me a passion for aerospace! I am looking for an internship to apply my skills to drive innovation, design, and solutions in these fields!

  Co-lead for the Structures subteam for RPL’s flagship project, Phoenix, a liquid bi-propellant rocket expected to reach an apogee of 30,000 ft. In this role, I'm deeply involved in structural analysis, vibrations testing, and composite layups for the aeroshell, as well as the internal Aluminum 6061 structure. This experience has further honed my skills in composites manufacturing, structural analysis, aerodynamics, CAD modeling, and part assembly. Notably, my involvement in RPL has provided me with insights into the workings of a real aerospace company and has cultivated my leadership and teamwork abilities.Experience:Design, analysis, and manufacturing of the composite external structure (body tube, nose cone, fin can, and fins) for a liquid bi-propellant rocket, utilizing a combination of prepreg carbon fiber and S2 fiberglass for layups.
