As Art Director of Hindsight I have focused on pairing pieces with writing submissions, while focusing on how the art piece can best enhance the writers emotions in a writing piece. While being art director I have also Designate pieces of writing to individuals in the Art Committee to pair with art and generated an organized system to pair pieces of writing with new and past accepted art submissions. I have also created marketing marketing materials that have grown our presence on campus. I also helped with creating the cover of this past journal by using adobe applications.

• Developed effective and professional communication skills while representing the Senator's office to constituents and stakeholders.• Conducted research on immigration policies affecting Denver communities, proposing potential solutions to challenges faced by both immigrant and citizen populations.• Participated in committee, staff, and intern meetings to build rapport within the Senator's team; assisted with various in-person events by managing setup, capturing photos, reporting the event, and coordinating logistics.

• Composed a memo briefing on the "Act of God," outlining specific district rulings and analyzing their implications for the ongoing trial.• Summarized deposition summaries and edited complaints, memos, and expert witness documents for high-profile federal cases of interest.• Participated in daily meetings with attorneys, federal departments, and interns to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.• Launched a project to assess the accessibility of translators in courtrooms nationwide, identifying those needing system improvements to better serve non-English speakers.

Keep track of weekly inventory, while also organization of the warehouse. Documented and organized records to keep finances in order. Additionally, created tables to compare Inkas to its competitors and created solutions to better the company.

Waited up to seven tables at a time. Provided quick and proficient service by bringing them drinks, foods, and checking up on the tables needs. Additionally, assisted with managing the restaurant to improve performance and generate more costumer trust.

Shadowed lawyers in different fields of law mainly included M&A, criminal, family, and maritime law. The fellowship allowed for the students to interact with lawyers and the cases that they usually receive. Additionally students had classes with a student from Harvard, and were taught brief curriculum of L1 classes.

My major project consisted of a LEP (Limited English Proficiency) tool kit for the BOR to use in the locations they manage. I also contributed to the analysis of BOR’s website and suggesting ways to improve it to make it welcoming to everyone.
