I was born and raised in Palmerton, PA before traveling across the country to attend Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. I am currently a first-year student that is working towards obtaining a B.A. in journalism with a concentration in political science. At Pepperdine, I have developed strong leadership and time management skills as a reporter for Malibu's weekly news broadcast, NewsWaves, as well as being a Division I Cross Country and Track and Field Athlete. In my first semester, I published articles for Pepperdine's Graphic and was selected to be the weather anchor for NewsWaves. I am seeking shadowing or internship opportunities in all fields of journalism to further strengthen the skills and knowledge that I have developed at Pepperdine University.
