Directed a responsive, highly respected employment information and advice service to college leaders and HR professionals in AoC membership.Advised on employment law and relevant education policy and its impact on the Further Education workforce and colleges nationally.Developed constructive relationships with Government officials, trade unions and relevant organisations to promote the employer interests of colleges and influence policy/legislation.
