She is a solutions oriented leader and educator with a proven track record of effective leadership, management, consulting, and training. During her 20+ years of dual service in both the US Army and Air Force, Emma worked at renowned healthcare facilities in the US and abroad. She has worked civilian, federal, and military arenas with extensive experience in Critical Care, Emergency/Trauma Nursing, Post-Operative/Anesthesia Nursing and Military Critical Care Air Transport Team Flight Nursing. Her Team partnered with healthcare providers in Muskat, Oman to institute that country's first ever disaster preparedness initiative educating medical personnel on steps to maximize lives saved in catastrophic events. Educated in electronic medical record systems and hospital's standard operating procedures, Ms. McClain decided to continue to share her knowledge, expertise and passion of healthcare through consulting and training.
