I’m a Chartered Accountant, working as a Director in Brian McDaid and Associates, a cross-border firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors.I provide a full range of auditing and assurance, accounting, taxation, company secretarial and consulting services and am experienced in dealing with both UK and ROI regulation and legislation.I provide services to a broad range of client types, including limited companies, companies limited by guarantee, charities, sole traders, individuals and partnerships.

My role at KPMG involved providing audit and advisory services to a broad range of clients including listed groups, subsidiaries of large multinationals, semi-state organisations and a variety of Irish and UK domestic private companies. I gained experience in financial statement audit, and the audit of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes, as well as internal control experience, including internal controls over financial reporting under the US Sarbanes Oxley Act.
