Emma is a Chartered Professional Engineer, proficient in change management and project management, particularly in front-end project development. She has over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of sectors and contract types including energy, industrial, roading and social infrastructure, for both public and private sector clients and under PPP, Alliance, ECI, D&C and build-only arrangements.Emma is co-owner and director of Pragmatix, a PM consultancy. She has a keen interest in governance and recently completed her first term on a listed-company board as a future director while becoming a chartered member of the Institute of Directors.
