Current• Lead and manage all athlete (talent) marketing strategy projects on behalf of and in collaboration with Rams partners. • Research and identify talent best suited for each opportunity, then investigate and/or create marketing opportunities available.• Manage new and existing campaign and endorsement lifecycles from pitch stage, through strategic planning and delivery. • Drive internal and external communication of talent insights with account managers and cross-functional… Show more • Lead and manage all athlete (talent) marketing strategy projects on behalf of and in collaboration with Rams partners. • Research and identify talent best suited for each opportunity, then investigate and/or create marketing opportunities available.• Manage new and existing campaign and endorsement lifecycles from pitch stage, through strategic planning and delivery. • Drive internal and external communication of talent insights with account managers and cross-functional departments, to leverage existing partner deliverables to achieve targeted outcomes and touchpoints that feel organic and hit on all shared values. • Manage the on-site execution and expectations for talent and respective clients at photo/video shoots, events and appearances.• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders; existing and prospective partners, production houses, creative agencies, operations vendors and all talent marketing agents.• Strategically develop broader talent-related opportunities: merchandise collaborations, social media and influencer networks, implement interest-based approaches for all partnerships.• Ensure all projects are prioritized and ladder up to larger business objectives.
