I establish and maintain up to date records of young people and mentors and the associated outputs and impacts. Working with a large caseload of young people and using a person centred approach I help build their aspiration and I help them find positive opportunities. I deliver training sessions, one to one support and group work. I engage all mentors/ parents and carers into the programme and increase awareness of educational opportunities. Show less

I use my networking and partnership working skills with other agencies in the recruitment process as well as sign posting clients for extra support.
