Dans le cadre des concours en école de commerce, j'ai pu dans un premier temps participer à la préparation du campus, puis à l'accueil des candidats. J'ai donc eu l'occasion de réfléchir à la décoration pour optimiser au mieux l'expérience des admissibles qui découvraient les lieux mais aussi de gérer leur venue à travers différents postes : logistique, restauration, transport et accompagnement tout au long de la journée pour présenter l'école et assurer le bon déroulement de leurs oraux. Cette bonne gestion et ce travail d'équipe a permis à SKEMA de passer de la 7ème à la 6ème place du classement SIGEM. __________________________________________________________________________________________For the Business School exam, I could prepare the campus and welcome the candidates. I had to focus on the organisation of the location to optimize the experience of the students but also to manage their comings with several various tasks : logistics, restauration, transport, and accompaniment all day to ensure they had the best experience. This well-management and the work team allowed SKEMA to grew up from the 7th to the 6th place in the SIGEM rank.
