In addition to this, I fulfil a national role benchmarking quality standards in other hospital trusts.With organisational skills as the driving force of my own personal achievements, I have been in post for 12 years now and am a member of the audiology Senior Management Team. I have developed and streamlined the team processes significantly in order to create a team that consistently over perform national standards in a variety of areas. In addition, I have personally developed into a National Audit role, but I am now looking for a fresh managerial challenge to further extend and develop my skill sets.
