To support the Product/Technical team and Catalogue Manager. To manage and maintain the Star Approval system, receive and circulate standards for internal approval. Work with the Product/Technical team to distribute internal user trials and summarise the results.

Co-ordinated annual/study leave and recorded accurately so appropriate cover could be arranged, circulated all medical leave and changes to all staff on a weekly basis. Liaised with consultants and agencies to provide appropriate locum cover for absence. Liaised with the accommodation manager concerning all accommodation issues. Dealt with vacancy applications and liaised with consultants to arrange interviews and book venues. Signed on new doctors and prepared contracts of employment. Responded to telephone calls, correspondence and emails on medical staffing issues. Worked sensitively and supportively to provide guidance to medical staff on personnel related issues ensuring confidentiality was maintained.

Supported the new product development process for all of the Colour Cosmetics products which were to be placed on the market. Updated and maintained the database with all the product formulations and ensured that all products met the Against Animal Testing, Legal and Safety Requirements. Liaised with external suppliers and internal departments on a daily basis regarding product queries and issues. Issued ingredient lists and proof read artwork for production of final product. Liaised with internal departments to approve release of products from the warehouse.
