As the sole designer, I deliver all design content for the entire group of 15 country clubs around the country within a small marketing team. Each club requires both digital and printed collateral for a large range of product areas within the business: 
Golf course membership, Gym membership, Hotels, Restaurants, Creche, Beauty salons, Weddings and events, and Luxury lodges.A very fast paced environment with a huge demand for design within very tight deadlines.Concept creation and delivery of print and social media campaigns vital for membership acquisition at key points throughout the year.Liaising with all stakeholders throughout the business to create the perfect design solution for their department.Strong organisations skills involving seeing projects through from initial brief to final execution.Development of the company brand and creation of branding guidelines.Responsible for the initiation, development and management of our self-service design template platform. Inclusive of template creation, tagging and uploading of branded templates, in-house training for all team members, technical support, and content approval on templates adapted by the clubs. Allowing the clubs access to a whole range of promotional materials whilst maintaining brand guidelines.Producing all print ready artwork. Liaising with a number of printing companies to agree products, gather quotes and arrange lead times and print runs. Keeping projects within budget and on-time.Working with external agencies and freelance designers when additional resource is required - writing briefs and providing design feedback.Providing art direction during photo shoots to build the asset library for the business.Management of the in-house screens to ensure promotional content is uploaded and campaign and engagement materials are applied in all the clubs.
