Lecturing on international HR to HR Masters students

Recruitment of Financial Services professionals across EMEIA, up to and including partner level. Mobility of FS partners and employees across EMEIA.

Responsible for the delivery of HR projects and services into HSBC UK’s Call and Service Centre Operations (11,500 employees, based in 50 UK locations). Key responsibilities included:• Direct line management of 8-person team, and dotted line responsibility for an additional 16 employees.• Managed HR aspects of business change projects. Projects included the migration of jobs to global service centres, the migration of back office operations from 400 retail branches to centralised processing sites, and consolidation of debt recovery operations in the UK. • Delivery of core HR processes, including reward, performance management, succession, talent, employee relations and union consultations.

Responsible for the design and implementation of HSBC Group’s people strategy in the UK and internationally (150,000 employees worldwide). Key responsibilities included group people and talent strategy design and implementation, managing relationships with HR Directors across HSBC’s 5 main regions (Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, North and South America).
