• Direct line management of 8-person team, and dotted line responsibility for an additional 16 employees.
• Managed HR aspects of business change projects. Projects included the migration of jobs to global service centres, the migration of back office operations from 400 retail branches to centralised processing sites, and.
• Delivery of core HR processes, including reward, performance management, succession, talent, employee relations and union consultations.
