2Eskimos is a small but rapidly growing business. My current focus is managing the development team but responsibilities are varied and have included supporting customers, managing the support team, finance, HR, managing the training team, liaising with the marketing team and general office management among other things! I love the challenge of working in a constantly changing environment where priorities are always shifting.

Responsible for setting up and growing a successful Ofsted registered tuition centre going from 0 to 250 members in one year. Ensuring successful sales and growth by organising internal and external sales events, implementing marketing and retention strategy, recruiting, training and developing great staff, including 3 graduate Assistant Directors and 14 part time tutors along with excellent customer service and curriculum delivery.
