Personal Statement:Hello my name is Emma, I'm 17 years old. I am a friendly, talkative person who loves to make sure people are happy and that I have done everything that I could possibly do to help out. I have worked with members of the public before ranging from small children to elderly men and woman and it makes me happy to see that I have helped the client to the best of my ability and to see them leave with a smile on their faces.In my free time I like to volunteer at my local cat shelter, Cat Protection, where I help abandoned cats and kittens get their forever home. I also volunteer at Shiresmill Therapy Riding Centre, where I help children with a range of disabilities to communicate and also ride a horse. Volunteering at these places has helped me with my communication skills as with both of places I am working with both members of the public and a close family like work group and it has also improved my time management skills as well. In my free time I also like to relax by reading books and listen to music. When I'm not doing this I love to be with my family and my very close friendship group, how are like family to me, as I am very family orientated further more I am a very caring individual and I have grown to have extreme patience and empathy for those around me as I have many people around me that suffer from illnesses that I have cared for in the past. I have also broadened my understanding with being a receptionist as the Adamson Hotel when I have taken calls, worked with the public, administration duties and handling money. I may only be 17 but I am a very mature and compassionate woman.
