Managing internal and external communications for SSE's Wholesale assets and projects.

A role aimed to allow me to develop my internal knowledge of the company, I currently work in a small team responsible for the internal corporate communications across the company. This role requires fast, accurate outputs and an ability to manage a number of separate tasks at once. In addition, this role includes the development and management of internal events, such as the organisation of the company's AGM.

A challenging role requiring producing long term fore sighting research reports for discussion at management boards. This role included short term research requests for senior members of the company along with allowing me to support research needs for larger projects within the company giving me a breadth of experience.

My main responsibility during my internship was as a research resource to the CEO of the company at that time, primarily researching any information required for speeches, presentations etc.In addition I pulled together internal and external presentations for the CEO along with conducting short term research requests for other members of the management board. My role also allowed me to produce small research reports.
