I had targets for compliance, job entries, job outcomes and financial markers to achieve. In work target; 1 in 4 clients who were case loaded to me went into full time work. I over achieved in all target areas to date. I completed daily, weekly and monthly reports both at site and regional levels on outcomes and case loads. I ensure the clients support plans used smart objectives and were client driven. I had financial responsibilities to maintain occupancy and was therefore involved in marketing and raising awareness of the facilities to the 3 rd sector. To help with marketing I had to become involved in many forums including the PPO and homeless meeting both in Grimsby and Hull. As part of my financial responsibilities I managed all rents and damages through client management and evictions. I was well within financial loss predictions and in my 4 years brought down costs year on year. I was part of a management team that implemented special measures to move the YMCA’s Grading from at D to top banding A. To do this I have to establish the problem areas and implement a detailed improvement that was measureable. I was responsible for the HR duties of all staff and am accomplished in the following areas:-* Manage HR related agenda items on dept team meetings* Contribute to the HR Plan* Resourcing for recruitment, succession planning and redundancy* Training and Development including PIP, PDP* I have a good understanding of employment legislation* Disciplinary meetings, counseling sessions and grievance meetings* Taking responsibility for a range of HR projects Show less
