I worked for Aster Group for over 13 years having started in the contact centre I then progressed to the Heating Services Team as a planner/scheduler where I built an extensive knowledge about the business and compliance. More recently I spent 5 years as the Energy and Sustainability Facilitator monitoring the business's environmental impact and running a fuel poverty project.I moved to work for CCS as surveying project co-ordinator within the retrofit team and within a year I have moved to Operations project co-ordinator dealing with the day to day running of all our projects, speaking to clients and ensuring all retofit installs are completed on time and to a high standard. We work with Housing Associations and local councils on such projects as SHDF, HUG2 and EPC improvement projects!
