During the global pandemic of 2020 I have taken on an additional role as the Network Manager for the APAC region managing HQ relations for 600+ studios across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. The objective of this role is to provide support to Division leaders and implement structured two-way communication improving relations and providing transparency both to and from the network.

After 2+ years working at the original F45 HQ in Sydney I was selected to re-locate to London as the first full time HQ employee; tasked with launching the F45 Headquarters for the United Kingdom & Europe. Main objective: * General Management: network relationships & communications, conflict resolution, internal escalations, partnerships & sponsorships.* Supporting franchisees through the on-boarding process in order to open their studios as quickly and efficiently as possible. * Coordinating events and marketing activations to increase brand awareness.* Beginning and growing the team internally including office set up, assisting HR with hiring, internal on-boarding and office management.

• Coordinating the successful delivery of equipment to franchisees across the globe• Liaising with external suppliers, internal accounting departments in multiple Countries, freight companies and customs agents for the delivery of goods from multiple suppliers to all studios around the world• Implementing internal systems to achieve the most efficient order process and management of equipment deliveries • Managing communications both internally and externally regarding equipment upgrades, requirements and system changes• Daily E-Support for Global franchisees ordering, receiving, installing and managing equipment for their studios • Presenting at Monthly education seminars “Induction” for new franchisees to set proper expectations for the process of opening their studio and providing them with the tools to prepare accordingly• Setting up new suppliers for emerging markets• Managing the equipment team as a faction of the support department aligning ourselves with the overall objective to provide the best service possible to our franchisees
