Emma is a senior consultant at SSI strategy with a background in digital health strategy. Emma started her career in venture capital where she researched and evaluated innovative technologies. Through this, Emma realized her deep interest in the potential to improve inefficiencies experienced in the healthcare space. She acted upon that passion by perusing a career in digital health consulting at Accenture. Emma has consulted nationally recognized hospital systems, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and emerging digital therapeutics companies. Emma decided to dive deeper into the Biotechnology space in 2022 when she joined SSI Strategy. At SSI Strategy Emma has supported various engagements to support client's development of a strategic roadmap for their Medical Office, risk detection and mitigation for rapidly growing clinical programs, and clinical portfolio assessment reports. Emma has also supported beyond initial strategic assessments, acting as interim Medical Office chief of staff, program manager, or remediation lead to ensure the success of all recommendations made for her client's. Emma has developed a deep and holistic understanding of digital health life cycle, from the foundation of the industry through designing and building out medical offices to delivering on external engagement projects that re-imagined the rapidly changing digital patient experience. Emma enjoys collaborating with clients to understand how their processes can align with their broader strategy and how digital components can be incorporated to marry the two. She is passionate about the Health and Life Sciences industry, with a goal of bringing innovative solutions to provide better health outcomes for all.
