I'm not just any ordinary receptionist, there is a lot more to the job than first thought. I am trusted to open up the business in the morning and take in keys of all the vehicles. I handle a very busy telephone throughout the day dealing with all different situations. Throughout the day I also price around getting the best possible price I can on car parts, sometimes having to go out and collect. I hand out jobs in the morning to a team of mechanics, working alongside them to create invoices ready for the customer to collect there cars. I use a system called Auto work to create invoices. I have regular meetings with parts rep's where I am confident to voice my opinion to take the garage in the right direction. No job is too big or too small, anything I'm asked to do I do it to the best of my ability.
