I also practice clinically as a UKCP fully accredited and registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with experience of working with both adults and young people within NHS Talking Therapies and forensic/criminal justice and educational settings. Primary Care Counsellor, Ipt Therapist

I work as an IAPT Counsellor delivering brief time oriented therapy to clients who self refer to Trent PTS. I hold my own caseload of clients who may have a variety of mental health presentations including depression, anxiety and early trauma or emotional and relational difficulties. I have also started to deliver Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) within the service. I lead the Nottingham Recovery Network pathway for the service, working with clients who may also be presenting with substance misuse or addiction.
