Providing empowered mental health therapy to neurodiverse and LGBTQ youth and adults experiencing a range of challenges including ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, self harm, suicidal ideation, and identity exploration.

Manage event process for whole school supports, including an after school program and school-wide events and initiatives.

Provided in class, small group, and one-on-one academic and behavior support in a fourth grade math classroom at Brenda Scott Academy in Detroit. Improved school culture and climate through morning greetings, optimistic reinforcement, and community involvement.

Advised psychology students at the University of Michigan on course selection and academic planning. Assisted in declaring an undergraduate major in psychology. Attended weekly meetings with trainings on counseling.
