As the visual merchandiser my responsibilities include maintaining a high level of visual presentation using my strong eye for detail whilst following company standards. Working to deadlines during the planning and implementation stages of store layout changes. I recently lead the store in the successful completion of the Summer/ Spring 2014 set up using my excellent time management and communication skills. My manager also relied on my ability to direct the team to achieve our shared outcome, as well as taking responsibility to promote the safety of the team and our environment.
